The Community Blueprint process identified that people are unaware of services that are available in the Licking County area. To address this concern, Pathways, a Licking County United Way partner agency, has become a 2-1-1 call center. 2-1-1 is an easy to remember telephone number that connects people with important community services. 2-1-1 provides callers with information and referrals to human services for every day needs and in times of crisis. 2-1-1 can offer access to services such as basic human needs resource, physical and mental health resources, employment supports, support for youth, families, seniors and persons with disabilities, and volunteer opportunities and donations.
